Passionate about cultural exchange?  Interested in working, learning and cultivating skills in East Asia?  Come along to our second day of events at the University of Edinburgh to chat with Ambright Education Group's regional co-ordinator.  Find out how to apply for the role of Educational Ambassador on the Ambassador Year in China Programme (supported by Ambright Education Group) and learn about other high-quality roles and career paths in the groundbreaking education and cultural exchange sector, where Ambright is involved in implementing Problem-based Learning and a range of innovative approaches with the international support of prominent educationalists.

Our regional representative will be happy to discuss living and working in South Korea and Japan as well as the Chinese-speaking world.

Schedule - 3rd March 2020

10.30 a.m. to 12 noon - Recruiter-in-Residence Drop-in Session.  Visit the University of Edinburgh's bustling library foyer to chat with our UK and Ireland co-ordinator, who has spent more than a decade living and working in Northeast Asia (China, South Korea, Japan), serving at ten universities and on cultural exchange and teaching programmes.  Talented Edinburgh students and members of the community can find out more about the unique role of Educational Ambassador as well as other outstanding education-and-cultural-exchange opportunities with Ambright.  Those with broader cultural interests (e.g. in Korean or Japanese cultures as well as the Chinese-speaking world) are also warmly invited to stop by!

1 p.m. to 2 p.m. 'Opportunities in China and Northeast Asia' - this presentation will focus on the role of Educational Ambassador on the Ambassador Year in China Programme, but will also touch on other opportunities with Ambright Education Group as well as ways in which to work or study further in other parts of Northeast Asia such as South Korea and Japan.

2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Individual appointments.  One-to-one consultations for talented Edinburgh students and graduates who would like to explore living and working in Northeast Asia, or talk through their individual interests, will be available from 2.30 p.m. onwards for those who have attended the main presentation.  Appointments last ten minutes each and are pre-bookable.  We look forward very much to meeting, chatting and engaging with talented Edinburgh students and members of the community.
