About
Lishui is a prefecture-level city in the southwest part of Zhejiang province. It borders Quzhou, Jinhua, and Taizhou to the north, Wenzhou to the southeast, and the province of Fujian to the southwest. The name of the city literally means "Beautiful Water", and the pronunciation of its first character is "lí", not the usual "lì".
Transportation
Air: Wenzhou Airport is 150 kilometers away from Lishui City and 70 kilometers from Qingtina County.
Train: The Jinwen railway runs through Lishui, linking closely with Wenzhou airport and the ten-thousand-ton seaport.
Bus: Lishui has an excellent bus system and most buses run between 05:10 am and 10:00 pm.
